Guardians’ Responsibility for Internet Use
１８歳未満の未成年者が当図書館でインターネットを利用するにあたってのすべての責任は、親または保護者が負うものとする。パリス公立
図書館及びその図書
館員並びにその運営委員会は、インターネットからアクセスされる情報に制限を加える手段を持たず、未成年者・児童が自らの意思で観覧する内容に関して一切
の責任を負わない。
Parents of children under 18 years of age are responsible for their
children’s use of the Internet at the library. Paris Public
Library, its staff, or board members have no control over the
information on the Internet and are not responsible for its content or
a child’s individual choices.
- １０歳未満の児童がインターネットを利用する際には保護者の同伴が必要であり、保護者は終始コンピューターを離れることなく児童
に付き添わなければならな
い。
A supervising adult must accompany
a child under 10 and
remain at the computer with him/her.
- １０歳から１７歳の児童・未成年者によるインターネットの利用には保護者による承諾書と署名が必要であるが、親が同図書館内にい
る間の使用においては、こ
の限りではない。
A parent/guardian of a child aged
10-17 must sign a
parental permission agreement unless the parent is in the library
building while the child uses the Internet.
親または保護者は、その希望を図書館員に報告することで、児童・未成年者に出されたインターネットの利用許可を取り下げる、または一定
期間停止することが
できる。
Parents have the right to revoke or suspend their child’s
Internet permission by informing library staff.
インターネットご利用方法の契約
１０～17歳のお子さまの保護者はインターネットご利用方法の規則をお読みになって
ください。不当にインターネット、コンピューターを使った場合、保護者のかたに責任
を取っていただきます。そして、１０～17歳のお子さまは自分でコンピューターを使って
いただきます。インターネットのご利用方法の規則をここでご賛成してください。
As the parent or legal guardian of the
minor (aged 10 -17) named below,
please read and agree to the attached Paris Public Library Computer
& Internet Policy. You, the parent, accept responsibility for
any damages or inappropriate use, and agree to allow your child ten
years of age or older to access the Internet independently. Please sign
